Printing a Voiding PO Reasons List

1. When you first enter the Voiding PO Reasons option a Select An Option window will appear; select PRINT LIST.

2. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The following information will print:

• Ref – The voiding PO reason ID.
• Description – The voiding PO reason description.
